Marna McGonegal is the Broker and Owner of Summit Realty. She joined the community of Juneau 20 years ago and began a profession in property management for 10 years with Spencer Realty. Marna began her own brokerage in 2012 and draws on her past professions in travel, office management and mechanics to provide care, organization and communication with owners, tenants and vendors when dealing with Property Management.

Property Management provides a unique opportunity to build friendships over many years and help those individuals make life changes whether it be to buy their first home, sell a managed property or provide friends or relatives the assistance to attain their Real Estate goals.

Ashley began her Real Estate profession in Virginia where she obtained her license while working in medical administration prior to moving to Juneau. She has always been interested in specializing in Property Management and began with Summit Realty shortly after she arrived in Alaska. She enjoys working with tenants, property owners and vendors and also has represented clients in purchasing and selling properties through the agency. She has a rapport with Summit Realty customers and clients and dedicates herself in responding promptly to their needs.  Two of the most important attributes in Property Management is dependability and follow through.  Ashley possesses these qualities making her a valued asset to the Summit Realty team.

Isaac Benson is an experienced organizer with a background in landscape, maintenance and

communications. After moving to Juneau in 2018, he spent several years working with a local construction & maintenance company as a contractor.

Isaac is skilled at balancing multiple tasks in evolving and dynamic environments. With over a decade in customer service and staff supervision, he has the ability to remain grounded in stressful situations and takes pride in maintaining working relationships with both real estate owners and tenants. As a Property Manager with Summit Realty, his goals include growing his skills in diagnosing property repair and networking within the real estate community. In addition to his primary job functions, Isaac enjoys meeting new people and attending local community events.
